The Machine is 100% with neck run and infeed is by air conveyor. There are no heights settling requirement when bottles are changed. The Complete Rinses /Filler/Capper is enclosed in acrylic and stainless steel guard cover enclosure without any rubber gaskets.
For cap delivery to the filler, we have developed a new type of hopper which takes the cap from floor level by an elevator systems and selects the cap in proper and orientation in to the cap Washing / Rinsing attachment along with sterile air blowing attachment and thereafter to the Pick –N-Place star wheel of the capping machine.
DESCRIPTION:-
The machine will have 16 washing nozzles working under positive pump Pressure of de-mineralized Water. The bottle from the Air Conveyor will be taken by then star wheel with neck guide system. The gripping fingers will hold the bottles by neck and necessary guide bars will invert the bottle upside down by 180 degrees.
The duly inverted bottles will receive Water from the washing Nozzles on rear of the machine. The washing will operate from 90 to 180 degree rotation of the washing machine. Zero-degree position is in front of the operator. 180 to 270 Degree will be drain time and from 270 to 360 bottle will be transferred on outfeed conveyor. The drained Water can be accumulated and allowed to drain in the tank and re-cycled after re-cycled after re-processing (if required)
The Machine will be fully constructed in stainless Steel above the table top level. The bottle handling parts will be nylon. The appropriate guards will be provided to prevent Water splashing.
The machine will have 16 filling valves on filler tank working on gravity principle. The Water in filling tank will be supplied by centrifugal pump. The Water level in the tank will be controlled.
The washed bottles will be taken by star wheel under the filling nozzles. The bottles will be raised to the filling nozzle by positive lift cylinder. On detection of the bottle, the filling valves will open. The Water under gravity
Pressure will be filled on pre-determined level in the bottle. As soon as the bottle is full, and during rotation of the machine valve will be closed positively and bottle will be lowered and transferred under the capping head. During transfer bottle will pick up the cap from hoper chute.
The bottle will enter the capping turret. There is cap elevator sorting type hopper with Pick-N-Place arrangement for lifting the cap and positively placing on bottle mouth.
By adjustable torque chucks, cap will be firmly tightened. Duly capped bottles will be Transferred on the conveyor and taken to the collecting table for further packing.
There might be little overflow of Water through the bottle which will be dropped on the floor and drained.

SPECIFICATIONS

MAXIMUM PACK
SIZE : 450 x 300 x 350 mm (L x W x H).
The Fully Automatic shrink wrapping System will be suitable to accept your pack. The machine shall have an output of 5 to 6 packs/minute. The machine shall consist mainly of three sections.
- Pusher
- Wrapping/Sealing.
- Shrink Tunnel
PUSHER:
The Pneumatic Pusher will be Inline with the machine. It will carry the bottles up to the wrapper after the operator presses two hand operated switches. The Pusher returns to the normal position for the next cycle. After the Pusher returns the operator places the bottles for the next cycle. The Pusher side guides are adjustable to accommodate various sizes of bottles.
FILM WRAPPER:
The pack which is transferred from the feeding table to wrapper conveyor carries the film along with it.
A Moisturized Film Unwinding system shall be provided to unwind adequate amount of film required for wrapping. A film guide roll and guide bush shall be provided. The necessary sensor photocell shall be provided to ensure availability of free unwinded film during the sealing operation. A dancing roller with a proximity switch shall be provided to unwind the necessary film.
The front sealing jaw shall have a sealing of suitable width. This jaw will have a continuous arrangement for cutting and sealing of film. The temperature of the sealing head shall be controlled with help of a Temperature Controller (Continuous Heating). The necessary air cooling arrangement for the sealing head will be provided.
At the time of wrapping the pack shall also be held from top with the help of an Pneumatic arrangement. The push of the next pack transfers the bottles onto the Shrink tunnel Conveyor Belt.
SHRINK TUNNEL:
The Shrink Tunnel shall be fabricated from Mild Steel structural with Mild steel paneling
duly primed and painted. The design of the machine shall be suitable to accept your pack of maximum size 450 x 350 mm (W x H).
The Shrink Tunnel shall consist of a Heating chamber, which shall be well insulated with Rockwool, to reduce loss of heat. The Heating chamber shall also have a top mounted Blower to blow temperature controlled Hot Air onto the product.
The Air inside the chamber shall be heated with the help of U – Shaped S.S. Tubular Heaters. An Electronic Temperature controller shall be mounted for accurate control of temperature between 0*C to 250*C.
The Shrink Tunnel also consists of a chain conveyor linked with S.S Steel Roller’s. The conveyor motion shall be of continuous type. The conveyor shall be driven by a D.C. Motor through a Gear Box, to achieve speed variation for ensuring a proper shrinkage.
A cooling fan shall be provided at the exit end to ensure a tight wrap. The necessary idle conveyor shall be given for easy collection of pack.
CONTROL PANEL:
An aesthetic control panel made from Mild steel shall be fitted alongside the machine. All the components used like contactors, relays, rotary switches, timer, limit switches shall be of reputed makes and shall have capacities taking into consideration the safety factor of the worker and the machine. A Logic Controller will be provided for automatic functioning and operation of the machine in the required sequence.
All the parameters of the system shall be controlled by the Panel. The sequence of operations of the machine shall be suitably interlocked for optimum safety.
